Streaming update

Maybe their website is having issues right now...just try again later.

Well, I have talked to streaming customer service, a supervisor on chat and no one could answer.  I would think a supervisor, phone help, etc. would know if there is a problem with web pages.  

Are you trying to use a prepaid card with them? They also have paypal as a pay option.

I have also tried pay pal, banking, there isn't anything I have not tried.  I also linked streaming & internet on att.&t.  This is a complete mess.  I pay for entertainment pkg, yet I am now receiving showtime, cinemax ,others that I do not want and did not sign up with.  How to I get email to someone who can take care of this?  Thank you

Good luck, I have been a customer with them since 2017 (when they came out with the stream service). I had to replace my CC because of fraud, I got an email saying my cc didn't process payment so I went and "updated" it in my account. Fast forward to this morning and my service was cancelled with no way to reconnect it. I know why - they keep saying my Go Big wasn't an option anymore and it is now over double the price. Perfect customer service, this is how they treated the unlimited data users at AT&T. Keep raising prices and pushing them off as fast as they can. I am furious to say the least.
