Starz App problems

Hi everyone,

I have Starz thru DTVS. So far so good. When I use my DTVS credentials to log into the Starz app, this also works.

But then nothing more: When I start the app it loads but when I try to watch a Trailer or even a movie (so just simply something) the error 412 occurs.

With this I am not able to watch anything within the Starz app when I use login credentials.

Although the app says that my subscription is via DTVS.

Is anyone else having this kind of problem? And if so, do you know how to solve this issue?

Or is this completely related to DTV or Starz respectively?

I don't have Starz but from their documentation, it appears using the Starz app is not supported using DirecTV credentials. List of supported apps is located here

It is supported with DIRECTV Satellite and DIRECTV STREAM credentials. I just used it yesterday w my STREAM credentials w/o any issues - Are you sure you're selecting the right DIRECTV when clicking on "Log in with TV provider"?. Have you tried different devices @adina35? I've done it using Osprey, AppleTV, and Web.

I know they are listed under "other providers", but per their documentation, the app is not listed as being supported. Reference the FAQ document. I feel confident that it probably is supported.
