Do you have issues when you sign in on other devices? Has this been an issue in the past? Have you tried a different browser and do you have VPNs/ad-blockers/etc turned on? Sometimes this can interfere with the directv authentication process on the site.

I’ve tried multiple browsers and cleared cache and cookies. I get this everytime. Also tried on my laptop and phone.
