Sign In Issues on WIFI
When I try to sign in to my DirecTV Stream account or app while on WI-FI I receive an error telling me I’m not connected to a network. When I switch to cellular data I can sign in. Then I reconnect to WI-FI and I can watch TV on the app.

How do we PM? Just an added bit of information. I have no issues with logging in with my Firestick & ROKU, just iPhone and iPad.

Do you use Apple's auto Sign On Option? If so, delete the stored provider from the option. Restart your device and add the provider back. This is a known issue with Apple devices.
