Registering my new account after my old one was disconnected.

I was on the phone for two hours trying to get my service back. The online registration system was looping and "saying sorry something isn't working". I've tried to do it myself with no luck. My new user ID logs me in to the online Direct TV site but when I try on my TV, it just says I've not registered.  It's driving me nuts so much so I want to cancel.

How long ago did u get a new id. Might take some time to update.
