Refund from direct tv streaming

I called in dec not to start my service till I got internet with century link and deal with my past cable company. But you did not listen. I got a bill on credit card because you did only auto pay. I got a 107.00 bill on credit card and you gave me (Edited per community guidelines) stories. I told you I had to work it out beforehand you could turn in Service. I knew you I was going to have problems with you. You (Edited per community guidelines) over seas reps don’t listen give excuses, etc. You turned on with my ok then turned off after you charges me. This is fraud. I write FTC FCC the better business bureaus and the state of CO attorneys general for fraud and the problems so,vets. I told you not to turn on service till I got my problems with internet century link plus past cable. You gave me no notice of turning on or off. No billing e billing etc, I don’t no taxes etc. Your over seas reps gave excuses etc

Do not use direct stream or REG service go somewhere else over sea reps are (Edited per community guidelines). They just say pay pay don’t want to solvethe problems

Your paid subscription activates the day you signed up. In the future never start a subscription till you are ready to use the service - period! No one here in this open public forum can assist you in your issue - we have no access to accounts. Contact support with your objection and ro seek a resolution. Good luck!
