Refund for returned stream boxes

The card on direct tv file was hacked back in august. I have given direct my new card number more than 5 times. You still keep sending my $460 to the old card. I have spoken with multiple people at my bank and they close the card completely so they won’t/can’t move the deposit over to currrent card  I need direct to find a way to change my card in the system and refund me the money, or cut me a check,, or send me a Visa card, etc.  there has to be more than one way to refund money to your customers or potential customers.  I have been waiting on this refund since Aug 2022. And $460 is a lot of money to my family! Please help me once and for all- the customers service line keeps giving me the run around and a different story everyone I talk to them.
