Question I know the answer to but I’ll ask anyway.
I ordered over the phone with a guy one year ago and entered into a two year deal. I told him I didn’t want a contract and he told me of the price savings and I ok’d it. Before I did I asked him maybe five times. Now this price won’t change for two years. Yes sir it is the price.
The second he got my information he told me he wanted to lay out my charges and I said ok. He relayed them to me and then I again said now these charges don’t change for two years right? He then says,” well the second year it will be different but you just need to call and we will give your whatever the current promotion is. Of course, I lost it on him as I was completely lied to. He told me I could cancel right there but he’d have to charge me $15 times 24 months. So I have gone with it for a year but now I see my “double bill” . Is it even worth calling or can I expect to pay the 15x12 months to get out and lose my (Edited per community guidelines) again.
