Promotional Package Offered

I started with Direct TV Stream about a month ago when I moved into my new apartment and there is no cable options here. To the most part everything has been great. About a week ago - I got a phone call from Direct TV offering me a FREE one time bonus on a promotional package that was offering me a bundle of premium channels including HBO Max, Starz, Paramont Plus and several others. I was told I had until January 9th 2025 to cancel or I would be charged or I could keep one or more at the current rates at that time. I usually hate to do these things because I always forget to change or cancel. Anyway I accepted the offer but last night when I went to look for HBO Max as an example - it is showing I need to subsrcible in order to view. I checked STARZ as well and it was the same result.. So maybe I was not given the offer afterall. I dread having to call and find out what happened. Has anyone else who accepted this offer or anything similar had problem getting there 2 month free trial ?  I am thinking I should just call and Cancel the whole thing now before it even starts..  Any suggestions ?
