Problems with EPIX activation for devices

Trying to activate EPIX on a Roku device and am told you need to go to epix.com/devices to activate, I do as instructed and choose the Directv Stream authentication option, login with my credentials then get taken to an EPIX website to create an account where it asks you for a username, email, and zip code, has a radio button where you need to verify you are over 18 to proceed then a submit button.  The problem is when you submit it says "Invalid email and password combination." but there's no password field listed.  I have a few devices I am trying to activate and cannot complete it on any device or any browser as I've tried different devices and different computers to complete the activation.

Please, try deleting cookies and cache in the browser you want to use. After that, make a new attempt with your DIRECTV STREAM credentials. Then, let us know how it goes. We'll be here for you. Happy to help.

Uh, thanks?  But what is being done to help fix this issue?  Is this a problem on your end that can be resolved or can you reach out to EPIX to see what can be done if it's on their end?  Just wondering what's being done to actually fix this issue.
