Payment could not be authenticated please use another card.
We have tried 3 different cards all are regular debit and credit cards that have been used for the services before. Now they are not allowing any of these cards to be used to purchase the Directv Stream service and has been so frustrating we are about to just be forced to go with another provider. No one happens to know how to fix this problem nor why it continues to occur. We spoke to the banks and everything and nothing has helped.

They want to process the order but I was trying to give the sale to the rep that was helping me the entire time throughout my moving process it wouldn’t be fair for him to not get credit.
