Payment and billing lies

I asked repeatedly if my bill would be increased and they ensured me it wouldn’t with direct stream and sure enough three months later my bill is higher and they won’t do anything about it.

Well, we can't do anything about it either. This is just a customer forum only with subscribers just like you. No one here has access to accounts or billing.
