That because those programs don't have the "Right's" to be streamed.

Who ever owns those programs doesn't allow them to be streamed.

So why am I paying for tv service. Seems DirectTV should resolve this

It's a network restriction not a DirecTV stream issue. DirecTV Stream only provides what they receive. They have no reason to block the media. Complain to CBS.

I'm pretty sure the owner (Disney?) has told CBS they are not allowed to stream them. Nothing to do with Directv

For what its worth - these shows are blocked on other streaming services also.

Juan - there is no resolution, so your "teams" are wasting their time.
