My recordings disappeared

I record a lot of series on TV because I can't watch them when they are on live.   I was watching some episodes of The French Chef this morning.  I finished watching one and went to a different part of Direct Stream to check something (golf), then went back to the recording list.  All of the The French Chef was gone.  How can that be.  I wouldn't be suprised if somehow I deleted the episode I watched BUT about 10 or 15 episodes disappeared.  The French Chef doesn't show up in the LIST.   How do I get them back?

Sounds like they got purged. How long have they been recorded? Are these very old episodes prior to the original 90 days retention (now the retention is 9 months)?

They are not past the 90 day limit

I never got a notice on any of them that they were close to 90 days

Hi @marathoner1982, we want to make sure you have access to your recordings.

To better assist you, please confirm with us if you have Unlimited DVR or 20 hours. With 20 hours of Cloud DVR storage are allowed a maximum of 10 episodes per TV series. This could be one of the reasons the episodes were removed.

Try rebooting your box I know that at times I have noticed recordings disappearing but when I reset my box they came back so give that a try and press the red reset button on the side of your box for 20 seconds and hopefully your missing recordings will be back!
