my DVR shows your cloud DVR holds up to 0 hours of recordings and all of my past recordings are gone plus it doesn’t show an

All my DVR  is gone, SAYSi have no recording ability and all my scheduled recordings are also gone. Happened at a critical time as well!!!

There must have been a glitch with your programming. Go to directv.com, login to your account, and check your Programming. What does it state? If the online site states access to cloud DVR, you should either call/get in contact with them on social media to resolve the issue and ‘resynchronize’ your programming.

As a note, do you see this cloud DVR issue on other devices as well? ( beside your current streaming device)

Yes it’s across all devices and yes it says access to cloud dvr. I will reach out to them I actually tweeted about it and they reached onto to me but I didn’t trust it as being legit. I will reach out again. Thank you for the reply
