Thanks to mmtn52! Your advice regarding the ability to record local channels was spot on. I have two homes but use my primary residence as my billing address so my zip code on my 2nd home (location of box) did not match my billing zip code. I changed my billing address on one credit card and changed the payment method on my account and I was able to record the local channels instantly!! Thx for your expert advice!
