Logging into DirectTV Stream App

After I log in to the app, I get “Subscription required” every time. I’ve tried multiple times; even went the forgot User ID and password route but can’t get past that. I have a subscription in which I pay $95 a month. I can use the service on my Apple TV but ever since I got a new phone and downloaded the App again, I can’t seem to get it to work.

Can you login to the dtv stream website?

Are you installing the correct app? There is a Dtv satellite app as well. U need to install the stream app. If u have the correct one I'd try uninstalling it and reinstalling.

Yes I’ve made sure it’s the Stream version and I have tried reinstalling it but still get the same error.

I really didn't understand your initial post. Are you using it fine on your Apple tv or no? Or is it just your phone you are having trouble logging into? If so, what kind of phone do u have?
