iPad suddenly required password
In the middle of the night my wife's iPad suddenly stopped streaming and required her to enter a password. She copied and pasted the correct password from our password manager but no luck. She's prompted to reset her password with error code 202. We have 3 samsung TVs and my iPad still running directv streaming just fine with no issues.
How do I resolve this issue. I could reset the password, but now I have to change it on all the other devices plus from what I've read I believe it still might not work on her iPad and I risk it no longer working on all the other TVs then as well. If the account has been locked, I would expect the other devices to fail also.
What do I do?

Is your subscription service DirecTV (Satellite or Via Internet) or DirecTV Stream?

This is DirecTV streaming (no satelite). Here's what I've done so far.
1. restarted the DirecTV App
2. restarted the iPad
3, deleted the App and reinstalled.
4. attempted to stream via safari (browser) but that always sends me to the app or the app store to get a new app. It never lets me actually view programs via the browser like I can on my Mac laptop.
5. after the last attemp I got a message saying there were too many attempts and I have to either reset the password or wait 24 hours and try again.

You can find the Private Message/Direct Message (PM/DM) icon (text/speech bubble) on the upper right portion of the page between the notification icon (bell) and "directv.com".
