I'm getting double billed for Directv Stream

I just signed up last week for DTVS and the first billing processed today, twice!

@Anders8 there is also a chat option but the folks on there are usually incorrect and misleading the customer. How else would you want to reach them? The only other way I can think of is via email (DIRECTV STREAM does not have email messaging FYI) but that is almost similar to online chat. Online chat is not recommended at all, thus making the only suitable option to call DIRECTV STREAM.

DirecTV Stream only has chat support. This is just an open community forum of subscribers sharing ideas and experiences. It's not support.

Phone support is not an option for the service. Some nice person may answer the DirecTV phone line and try to help, but chat is the support means for the service.

@bcbsncjlj if you call them at the number below in my greeting and say that the service being called for is DIRECTV STREAM, a representative for the service will assist on the phone. AFAIK they have phone support. Maybe I am wrong.

The service has never had dedicated phone support since conception. The support page for DirecTV Stream even states "Chat".

@bcbsncjlj that link you sent scroll all the way down and the right shows a phone number and support hours. 

It says "Give Us a Call"

Sorry, not trying to come out rude. Just a little confused because I know for a sure fact that you can call.

.....and read what they say in the area. In most cases, they refer the subscriber to use the chat. Not saying that may or may not assist. Even the T&C states chat support.Always have.

When I have an issue I contact DirectvHelp on twitter. It's better than their phone and live chat support.
