I was watching tv and all of a sudden it asked for me to sign in.

come on a Friday night and I had a beer and just watching tv at 10 pm.  The program gets interrupted and I am asked to sign in.

This is not right it is no way to treat a loyal customer.  I will look for a different service if it happens again. Also I needed help but it is after hours so I can't call to get help.

I am 64 years old and have some technical difficulties.  Direct tv needs to be a little more friendly.

Hi there.  I agree that this experience is not comfortable for a Friday night.  I'll be happy to assist you today and to do so, I want to ask, are you able to watch the content at the moment?  Laura, DIRECTV Community Specialist.

yes after 15 minutes of going to my computer and messing around and getting sent my log in info I finally got it.  But what if it was my wife and I was not around or a guest?  DTV shouldn't do this to people.  You can tell that basically all of our viewing is on the same location same network so we should be identified as low risk for password sharing or whatever is the motivation for DTV to mess with us. We basically use 3 fire tv sticks and one tablet on DTV all in our house all the same network no reason to mess with us and demand passwords.
