How many people have been scammed, like me, by your dishonest business practices?

I was approached by an AT&T salesperson in Target. They signed me up and told me I would get free Direct TV Stream , but I could cancel it. He lied. I can cancel the service, and they told me to return the box with the self addressed envelopes that never came. When I called because of a threatening email about charging me, they said the trial period had passed, and I would have to pay the full charge.
