Same here, that is why I cancelled my subscription effective Nov 15. They advertise 20 In Home Streams which actually means you can sign in (but not use all at once) 20 devices. The most you can use at the same time is 3. So if you happen to open the 4th device to stream you will get a warning that you have too many devices and it gives an option that you can change your home address. Thinking that you should have 20 streams and that the warning is in error, you click on it and reset your home address. This could possibly also be done by if you reset your modem and a different IP address is used (not completely sure of this), You can change your home address 4 times a year then you are limited to only 2 devices streaming at the same time for the next YEAR. Numerous calls to Directv Stream failed to solve this problem and they didn't understand this issue. Finally when I was dscussing with the person when I was cancelling the service, she did say that during their training that she had the same concern with the "20 in home streams". Customer "service" doesn't seem to have a method to override the home address issue.
