How I can get my refund transection confirmation number after I received Email from Direct Tv Steam will refund money back?
I was signed up for Direct TV steam on Apri’4'22 and canceled on April’5'22 then Direct TV charged through my credit card account on April’7'22 which it’s not supposed to because I was under 14 days free trial. I didn't see any refund after past 14 days trial from Direct TV Steam, So i contacted my Credit card company about my case for dispute charge and Bank gave me a "Bank Tempolary Credit"
May'3'22, I got email from Direct Tv Steam will process refund money back to my account which take 3-5 business days. But I saw my bank charge through my account on May'15 and i asked for credit back (this is a 2nd time dispute requested)
June'6'22, Bank charged me for " Direct Tv Steam" and i got updated from my Bank that they never received money refund from Direct Tv steam to my account, event I shown email confirmaiton from Direct TV to Bank, But it doesn't say what's acount number that Direct Tv steam will refund through.
I was trying my best to contact through AT&T, Direct TV steam since April to close this issue ( I called customer service and went to AT&T store. Only information I get from Direct TV team said it was processed through my credit card but unable show/ send any confirmation number about this transaction.
Now my Bank unable to give me any credit because it was 3 times dispute requested for this case, it made me really upset how different of service from Direct TV team between " sign up new customer" and " after cancle" and I was signed up not event 24 hrs then cancelled but i have to pay for full price.
If somebody from Direct TV steam read this post. I would need your help to review my case and please kindly get me back for more information about transection no# or confirmation number that Direct TV steam process credit back to me.
