How does cancel direct stream in its entirety?

We want to cancel our subscription within the 14 day trial period but there is no button to cancel in the app.

You can cancel by logging into your account. Select "Manage Subscription" and cancel is located there. It has been reported that the cancel may not be working which means you will need to go to support and cancel via support rep. Make sure you verify the subscription gets cancelled.
