There is no tool to manage devices.

What is your specific problem and with what type of device?  Devices other than the branded DirecTV Stream device (Roku, FireTV, AppleTV, mobile devices, etc.) aren't "activated" - they just log into the app.

You have to get an agent to reset your password I just did this. It works you can jeep your old password your would just have to log back on

resetting the password will not remove anyone who is already logged.in. They will stay logged in until something happens to cause them to be logged out and resetting will not do that

Customer service just did a reset for me she told me it would be 24 to 48 hours but as I was sitting here watching TV it popped off and went to the login screen. It worked for me and I put back on my same password I just wanted to kick someone off it worked i didn't give them my password I put it on their TV for them but we're no longer friends so my cable is not there friend either.


NEED HELP?
