Home location limit reached - now what?
I’ve hit my Home location change limit of 4 for the year. I don’t know why I ever needed to change the home network since I haven’t moved during the year. Is it possible my Verizon LTE network device updates its IP address periodically? I don’t know. In any event, I’m now limited in streams within my home because DIRECTV doesn’t think I’m home. I’ve seen in other posts that this seems to be an issue for others as well. My question is - what is the next step? We have a needs to watch more than 2 streams at home and I can’t wait for Feb ‘23 to be able to do so. If I get a hold of someone in support - been waiting an hour in chat, no one answers phone - , will they zero out the home location changes for me? Do I need to cancel my account and create another (losing all recordings (Edited per community guidelines))? Or do I just need to look for another service?

Yep, your Verizon IP address has changed too many times. This will be a problem unless you can request a static IP address. Who knows if DirecTV Stream will ever change this approach to verifying our "home location".
