Helping a Nun get Directv Stream

I have a Catholic Nun friend who has little money. I have the Choice Package with unlimited streams. Can I share my account with her if she does not live in the same house?

She lives in the same town but in a different zip code.

I use no more than two streams at a time in my house. 

I use a Roku and would get he one as well.

Please let me know if this is possible and would I just share my log in info with her?

She mostly wants it for local TV and baseball.
