HELP - My "Unlimited Hours of Cloud DVR" Runs Out Of Space At 20 Hours
HELP. I pay for the "Unlimited Hours of Cloud DVR" (see below) but it runs out of space at 20 hours. I've called the support line (877-554-0765) many times and although they admit there is a problem they have yet to resolve the issue.

I had this issue and resolved it after calling customer support and being told to log out of my DirectTV stream account on the tv box I was using (in my case it was a Roku). After I logged back in, my cloud dvr was then showing unlimited space.
