free trial is not free
I signed up for the directv streaming 5 day trial on July 6. I got charged a full amount the next day july 7. how can that be 5 days. So I called the billing office and after 30 minutes on hold I was transferred to a manager who hung up on me. But while I was on hold I kept hearing how they valued my time and to please continue to hold
