Error message when trying to sign up for DirectTV Stream
I have tried multiple times, using all my cards, to sign up for stream service and get an "Oops something went wrong" code when trying to make payment. I have gone to the AT&T store and they get essentially the same error - code 481. I have spent two hours on two separate calls trying to get resolution. Absolutely no luck. I have never tried so hard to buy a service before.

Just use PayPal and link your CC to the account. Then when you sign up select PayPal as your Payment option. I have always used PayPal. When a CC is expired or compromised, this option makes it easier to make changes.

Unfortunately PayPal isn’t a payment option when signing up for Direct TV Stream

It's listed on the payment option. When I subscribed, I opted for PayPal.
