Error message on apps

Why do I get error message trying to watch shows on apps such as CBS and TLC. I am unable to watch shows that I used to watch before.

What streaming device are you using?

Thank you for responding.  I am on DIRECTV STREAM, my remote control is a ROKU device and my TV is SHARP. I hope this helps.

Can you take a screenshot of the error on your screen?

I already asked OP to take a screenshot of the error. Do you even read other people's replies before you ask them the same thing other people ask? U did this in another thread just a few minutes ago.

I wanted to verify that they're using a Roku streaming device. And there's no harm in asking for clarification of the error message. It's all good.
