Error code 8013 from Dtvstream app
We are away from our home. When using the iOS app we are asked to login. Get the message subscription required code 8013.
Logging into our account for billing purposes works and it shows we have an active subscription.
We just want to set a program to record. Does DTV stream not work outside your home viewing area?

You can set programs to record on the Dtv stream website as well. U don't need the app to record shows.

Also, you downloaded the Dtv stream app, correct? There is also a Directv satellite app.

Solved. Dtv support had us sign out and sign back in to Dtvstream as our tv provider in the iPhone settings. That link takes me to the iOS app. I’ll try from a pc.
