Hi @bcbsncjlj Thank you for responding. I am extremely frustrated. This particular error came from my ipad in the stream app. When I try to log on. I signed up two days ago. I cannot log into any of my devices for stream.

Are you a previous satellite user? Using the same credentials? You need to use different credentials (email/password). This is a known bug going on for months.

Have you subscribed to the service? It's a paid subscription service. This is not DirecTV satellite but streaming.

Ok. How do you fix? Where do I change my credentials on the Directv stream? Thank you so much for your help! I am not happy with this particular bug.  I do everything through this account and I don't want to change that.

You can login to your DirecTV Stream account and make changes like email, password, etc. Better get use to that account for payments, etc.
