Error 500

I cannot log into my DIRECTV stream on my devices. I’ve un installed and reinstalled several times and I’m still getting the error. Please help.

Are they any additional messages? What device are you using?

No. It’s on our main tv. I can get on, on my iPad and iPhone. But TV’s it stopped letting me on the other day. It’s a Samsung smart tv.

There are major issues with the Samsung app.100's of posts. You can do some searches and see all the issues. There are no fixes. You should get an external streaming device.
