Error 30002-019 Max Steams

I keep getting the "There's another device streaming on your account right now. You'll need to stop that stream to start that one." When i turn off my fire TV, it doesn't close the app apparently and release my license (even though I have 3 concurrent streams available). Is there a way to clear the devices/licenses via my account? Or at least figure out what device is signed in and streaming?

You can check below the steps to see the devices registered in your account:

1. Sign in and go to your Account Overview page.
2. In the >My Streaming Devices area, select >Manage. 

Also, clicking here you can find more information about how to remove a device from your account.

@DIRECTVhelp There is no "My Streaming Devices" under my "Account Overview".
