Download DirecTV Stream Billing Statement

I am unable to find a way to download my monthly billing statement from the DirecTV Stream web site. Steps I have taken:

  1. Logged on
  2. Clicked Account Overview
  3. Clicked Billing & Payments
  4. Scrolled down to My Activity
  5. Clicked on the Billing Date to see line-item details of that bill

I find no download icon or other obvious indication as to how to download the billing statement.

I also already went through an extensive chat session with Tech Support. They were unable to help me.

I was sent an email with instructions for downloading my statement. These instructions pertain to functionality on the DirecTV Satellite (not Streaming) site.

Does anyone know how to download the monthly billing statement?

Hi @CarloNardini, let's help clear things up for you.

Like many other streaming services, DIRECTV STREAM does not generate a billing statement. The monthly payment is withdrawn from the method attached to the account. What we can do now is to take your feedback and pass it along to the team in charge to take it into consideration.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, this helps us to improve every day.

Use a computer. Go to the page. From the browser, select print. You can print the page to your printer or save as a PDF for future reference. Either way, all the information will always be available in your account.

There are no invoices.  As noted above, the best you can currently do is print the webpage with the info on the Billing and Payments tab after logging into the directv.com site.

Well thats dumb. What major differences are there between streaming and satellite, that your corporation doesn’t feel the relevance to provide billed statements for its customers? In many cases these statements are needed as they provide proof and reference showing service to an address attached to their name. A simple screenshot doesn’t provide nothing but “sorry this doesn’t prove anything.” Just lazy.

Lazy or not. There are no billed statements. Not aware of any live streaming services that provide billed statements.
