Discovery+

We cancelled Discovery + separately and then added it to our Directv stream account but now can't log into the Discovery + app.  That is what we were told we could do when I asked a couple of months ago.  It isn't a huge savings but $2 per month or $24 a year can get us some additional items.... 

any thoughts on this on how to access the app?

Are you using your DirecTV Stream credentials to login?

Yes, I did and it didn’t work.  I searched it on directv and couldn’t get all the programs we could before.  It was to hard. So went back to just discovery plus.  Paying the extra $2.  Sad

Did you receive any error messages or codes? Have you verified through your account that it has been added, etc?

I did.  Saw it on my account from a billing perspective and then got an email confirmation.  Tried to log into the discovery + app and it would t let me and it was to hard to navigate on the DirecTV stream app.  We don’t need hard so went back to old way and went with discovery +
