DirecTv stream removing channels

I pay over $135 a month for direc tv stream including the additional add on for Spanish channels which include telemundo. I called and they claimed this channel has been removed in my lineup since July which is false. Looks like it’s been removed recently probably in part to the World Cup happening. I just checked the pdf which specifically states last updated 10/19/22 and Spanish add on states I should be receiving the channel.  Either this situation should be dealt with correctly or I’ll be taking my money elsewhere since directv loves to use shady business practices.

I have the same problem and the channel is no longer available on my package.
