DIRECTV Stream Not Working on IPhone and Roku

I just switched from DIRECTV Satellite to DIRECTV Stream.  Stream is not working on IPhone and Roku.  It keeps saying I need a valid DIRECTV Stream username and password which I entered correctly.  I called tech support for hours but they don’t know what the issues are.  They reset my password multiple times, verified my username.  But it’s still not working.  They said DIRECTV Satellite and DIRECTV Stream are using the same login.

I am so frustrated now and will cancel the service.
