Directv Stream app on Roku gives Care Code: 205.4

I used my DTV-ATT account login ID & Password but get the care code message. Will not log me in

Are you a subscriber to DirecTV Stream or DirecTV? They are 2 different services with different credentials. Most "Care Codes" are related to DirecTV. Are you using the DirecTV or DirecTV Stream app?

Thank you for getting back. I am using my DTV login, since it is the only one I have. I am a DTV subscriber but did not know if that entitled me to use DTV Streaming or not. This is on my Roku DTV Stream app that I am trying. So, being a DTV subscriber does not allow me access to DTV Streaming? If it does, is there a place I need to create a separate ID/PW?

Your DTV credentials will not work with DirecTV Stream. 2 separate paid subscriptions. You will need to subscribe to use the service.

I think Dtv satellite does have an app for satellite users in the apple and google play stores. Check the Dtv satellite forum for that.

The DTV app is only available for mobile devices. The OP is using a Roku. Streaming devices are not supported. Most cable providers work that way.

I know the OP is using Roku, and I realize the Dtv Satellite app doesn't work with Roku--obviously--that's why I gave him the apple and google play store. I didn't say it's in the Roku app store.

Perhaps he has one of the other devices it does support. Just offering alternatives no need to get snippy about it. I wasn't talking to you anyways.
