DirectTV Stream login redirects me to my NFL Sunday Ticket Account
I have both DirecTV Stream and NFL Sunday Ticket. I've used the same user ID for both. When I attempt to login to my DirecTV Stream account, I get redirected and logged into my NFL Sunday Ticket Account. How do I get into my DirecTV Stream account?

Called customer support. Using the same ID for both was the issue. For anyone in the future with this problem, you need to go into whatever account you can get into and change your user ID so that you have something separate for each service. I can now get into both with no problems.

Well, Sunday Ticket is a DirecTV satellite product, not a DirecTV Stream offering. Are you a subscriber to DirecTV satellite or the internet streaming service DirecTV Stream? The 2 are different.

Lol - no. You've missed the point. When I go to login to DirecTV Stream to manage may account, watch online, etc....I get sent to the NFL Sunday Ticket account overview.

Never seen this issue with Sunday Ticket. Since you have both the satellite and stream service, are you using the same credentials (id/password) for both services? Since they have combined both services into one app, there have been issues with using the same credentials. Many reports and acknowledgement from DirecTV.
