Have you ever logged into the dtv stream website and saved the info? Might be stores in your browsers usernames/passwords or into your google account.

I guess I can understand forgetting a password, particularly if it is very random string, but I don’t really get how you can forget your user ID, since that is generally an email address or something of that sort.
