Device return
Hello All:
Back in Feb 2025, my device stopped working. I called, they sent a replacement. I then returned the broken one with the provided label. Recently, I noticed that I was being charged $7.00 per month for the device I returned. My account still says that I have two devices. I called Cust. Service. They are nice enough to credit me twice. I was assured that the issue was taken care of. It has not! I'm still seeing two devices in my account. And April's invoice is showing the $7.00 again. Can anyone from DTV help?
