What other channels? You mean other premium channels or channels in the guide? You can't delete channels from a package but you can use the favorites to include what channels you want on the guide. Other premiums can be cancelled by logging into your account and cancel add-ons under your subscriptions.

You could drop DirecTV Stream and subscribe to just HBO Max via the HBO Max Application.
