complaint

I was told by the Loyalty Department 3months ago and yesterday, my 12 month $35 credit would continue for another 12 months with no interruptions however the credit is not on my bill this month.  Danetria in the Loyalty Department told me there was nothing she could do for me.  Louria added a promo to my account however, it won't start until next month.  I need the $35 credit on my bill this month as well as promised.  My conversations are recorded for customer service.

This is a public customer-to-customer forum and we cannot help you with that here.  So you may want to take down your personal information because anyone could get your information and use it.  Your best bet would be to call customer service and talk with the retention department.  To this call customer service and say cancel service this will take you to the retention team.  I hope this helps and that you are able to get some credit toward your bill.  Good luck.

You have opened yourself up to scam artists. This is a public forum, so the entire world has all the personal info you posted.

Calls are recorded/monitored randomly for training and quality purposes. There is no guaranteed recording of every call.

Those discounts are temporary and should not be relied on to afford the service. If you "need" the credit every month, I suggest reducing service until within budget. TV is entertainment afterall, not a necessity.

In any case, you must call as they do not provide support by email.
