Changing pkg with att directtv stream when yours expires
My initial package was getting ready to expire. Mom didn't want to keep the high priced pkg she had and was told she could downgrade to a new pkg. She chose the entertainment pkg which offered 3 months of premium channels free for 3 months. On my way to hosp...the stress they have put on her over the past few days charging for something we were supposed to get for free for 3 months, taking it off..putting it back on..was too much on her...she has heart problems. Anything happens to her I will own directtv for their (Edited per community guidelines). Don't waste your time. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Hmm, not at all. They need to get their (Edited per community guidelines) together. You offer a pkg that does not say for new customers only then you should abide by it. Did I say this was like the 3rd or 4th day in a row she had to deal with their (Edited per community guidelines)?
