Can't Power On
Every morning when I attempt to turn on my TV I get audio...but no picture. I have to shut the power down and then turn it back on in order to get a picture. Of course when I do that my TV has to go through all the motions of resetting itself. When the picture comes on it's stuck on a DS screen and I can't make anything work. I've tried everything. After several minutes the remote will allow me to maneuver. Oddly enough once I get everything working I can watch tv all day. But in the morning, once again, I have to power everything off. This is really a pain and not worth my time. I also think the remote is the worst I've ever encountered. No nearly as good as the Uverse remote. I've called your "support" people and gotten nowhere. First, I couldn't understand have of what he was saying and second, he kept saying it was my TV. IT IS NOT MY TV. What is AT&T going to do to give me working service? Also, when I try to use my DS on another TV it tells me I don't have an account and WE WANT YOU BACK! What? I've had nothing but trouble since I signed up back in March. A few weeks ago you discovered that I had two accounts set up. What? So they shut down one account which is probably the cause of the WE WANT YOU BACK situation. I am just purely disgusted with this beta system. It should never had been released.

First, AT&T has nothing to do with the service anymore. DirecTV and AT&T are 2 separate companies now. Been that way almost a year. No need to bring AT&T name anymore.
What device are you using to stream the service DirecTV Stream?

If you are using a Dtv Stream box--have your tried using a new HDMI cable? What brand is your tv?
