Cancellation of service never received

I thought your streaming service would work for me. However, it has been a nightmare. I have never received any service, with or without boxes & now your company wants to charge a cancellation fee & not refund the money I paid when I received nothing in return. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, & the Attorney General's office for the FCC. This is the biggest sham I have ever encountered.
