Canceling direct tv stream

Is it possible to speak to someone who actually speaks English? I have called numerous times and each time English is always an issue and trying to get them to understand basic words like “cancel” is impossible to communicate. I have called for the past 3 months and still have not been able to actually cancel a service we do not use. Also asking for a manager is non existent. I have never seen a more Incompetent company and honestly would rather pay double at Cox to have better customer service.

When you call saying "cancel" at the voice prompt should route you to the correct department. Though there is no way to guarantee personal specifics about a rep (first language, gender, where they live/work, etc.), that should get you where you need to be and just a matter of discussing the cancel and going through with it if the options don't work for you.
