cancel subscription

I am trying to cancel my subscription but the button "cancel" does not work...What shall I do?

You can try cancelling online via another device. Also, make sure any sort of browser protection or ad-blocker isn’t turned on because it may be interfering with the button’s functionality. 

If no resolution, you can call in to cancel (number in my greeting below). Be sure to say that the product you are calling about is ‘DIRECTV STREAM’ or else you will be redirected many times.
